We give 1 Year Battery Warranty on Airpods & Earbuds. For battery warranty Replacement customer has to ship the Product on our address or if customer wants we can schedule a pickup directly from their place or they can even come at our place and give it hand to hand.

RETURN POLICY
Our all products goes through quality check process so we eliminate 99% chances of error in quality and service. Still if you face any issue please reach us on WhatsApp on Contact Page.
Our Return policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have gone by since Delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund But anyways replacement will be still available. RETURN is available if the product is defective from our side. Return policy is not available on products Below 1000 Rs & on customise products for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return is not available on discounted price products. PLEASE MAKE A COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO FROM START TO END AS A PROOF THAT YOU GOT THAT PRODUCT FROM US.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via Paytm, Bank Transfer, Google Pay Or Phonepe App Withing 24 Hrs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our Side Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective, wrong product or damaged product but it is not applicable for any customised product. For defective and damage pcs replacement it has to be informed within 24 Hrs of delivery And the product has to be in its original new condition with proper packing. If you need to replace it for the same item, Please contact us on 'CONTACT US' Page. In replacement once we get the old product we will inspect it and within 1-2 working days new product will be shipped.
